Transportation damage request
To raise a damages request to Allan Brothers, to report an issue with windows or doors provided by Allan Brothers this form must be completed
To note you will need to provide the following:
- Confirm that the products were inspected on delivery
- Confirm you have  marked the carrier’s receipt note with details of any shortage or visible damage in transit
- Reported the issues to Allan Brothers within 48 hours of delivery
As well as:
- Order number
- Details of the issue
- Photos of the damage close up and overall products on the pallet
Without all of the above Allan Brothers will not be able to process your claim
Damage caused during off-loading shall be the Customer’s responsibility, without detailed images and information we are unable to process the claim against our delivery provider.
