After Sales / Warranty Request
To raise an after sales claim request with Allan Brothers, to report an issue with windows or doors provided by Allan Brothers and to claim for repairs under warranty
To note you will need to provide the following:
- Original order number
- Specific product the issue relates to from your original order – EG FF Master Bedroom window
- Details of the issue
- Photos of the issue
- Photos of the overall item the claim relates to
- Detailed location eg First floor including an access issues
- Confirmation that the product has been maintained in accordance with our warranty
Without all of the above Allan Brothers will not be able to process your claim
Charges may apply if a claim is found to be out with warranty, or warranty conditions, or if maintenance schedules have not been adhered to.

A call out fee of £250 will apply plus an additional cost of £25 per hour.
