From helping you choose the windows and doors that best meet your needs, through to installation and beyond, our friendly, expert team is available to provide support and advice whenever you need it.

  1. 1. Getting Started

    Timber windows and doors can save you money and add value to you home. They are also a long-term investment, which is why we take the time to find out exactly what your priorities are in terms of insulation, sound-proofing, enhanced privacy or security. We'll ensure that you have all the information you need to make a decision.

  2. 2. Home Visit & Quotation

    We can arrange a free quotation based on the simple information supplied at initial contact with you. We can also arrange a home visit.

  3. 3. Survey

    A £250 deposit will be required, which is 100% refundable if you do not proceed with order, or will be deducted from the final price should you continue with the order.

  4. 4. Precision Manufacturing

    Your new windows and doors will be manufactured using the highest quality materials at our state-of-the-art production facility in the UK. We adhere to stringent standards of quality control to ensure that your windows and doors deliver a lifetime of performance and value.

  5. 5. Installing

    Just 6 weeks from receipt of the order, your new made-to-measure windows and doors will be ready to install. If you are going to install them yourself or have arranged for a local your builder/joiner to fit them, we will deliver your windows to your home address. Alternatively, if you have chosen to have Allan Brothers undertake the installation for you, we will notify you of the date and time when this will take place.

  6. Our Care Policy

    Our highly experienced installation team works to exacting standards and take great care to ensure that every installation is completed with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience to you.

    • We put down dust sheets and carefully move furniture if needed
    • The existing frames are carefully removed and disposed of in a responsible manner
    • Your new Allan Brothers frames are then fixed in place and tested
    • Next we repair any mortar or trim around bricks
    • Once finished, we leave your home exactly as we found it
