& Allan Brothers

created-by-nature

From the moment our products are born in nature they start working. Busy absorbing Carbon Dioxide they are working to make the world a better place. Their ultimate goal is to help make your home a better place.

Naturally Renewable

tree

Timber is the only naturally renewable material available for doors and windows. The timber we use at Allan Brothers comes from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified Redwood forests in Northern Scandinavia.

Carbon Negative

Allan Brothers' timber products are also 'carbon negative', which means that they absorb more carbon dioxide than they produce, so our windows and doors can really help reduce your carbon footprint.

Heartwood

We use this particular type of slow-grown softwood, because it has a much higher proportion of 'heartwood'. This means the rings at the 'heart' of the tree are very tightly packed together. This makes it naturally resistant to disease and tough enough to cope with the very worst Arctic weather conditions, so it is ideally suited to the manufacture of windows and doors.

FSC Certified

fsc

Because we use FSC-certified timber you can be certain that it comes from a sustainable and carefully managed source. In fact, we can track every piece of timber we use from its forest origins, right through the supply chain and into your windows and doors.
